Q: How do I order?
A: Easy — just tap “Shop” and load up your cart with cravings. Choose pickup, delivery, or shipping at checkout.
Q: Can I pay with Cash App or Zelle?
A: Nope. We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay through the site. Keep it easy, keep it digital.
Q: Do you accept pre-orders?
A: Yup. Especially for big orders, parties, or drop days. DM or email us if you want to lock it in early.

Q: Where’s pickup?
A: Pickup is by appointment in Charlotte, NC. We’ll text or email you the exact address after checkout.
Q: What are your pickup hours?

Mon: 9am–2:30pm
Tues: 9am–5pm
Wed–Fri: 9am–2:30pm
Sat: 1:30pm–8pm
Sun: Closed (rest day)
Q: How does delivery work?
A: We deliver within 10 miles of 28208 for a flat $5 fee. Orders $35+? Delivery’s free. We’ll text you when we’re on the way.

Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes! We ship nationwide via USPS Priority. Cake jars are insulated and ship cold when needed. You’ll get a tracking number when it’s out.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Need it by a certain date? Add a note or email us.

Q: How long do your products stay fresh?
A:
Cake Jars: 5–7 days in the fridge
Cookies: 3–5 days at room temp
Munch Pans: 4–5 days in fridge
Want them to last longer? Freeze ‘em.
Q: Can I freeze my jars and cookies?
A: Yup! Freeze jars or cookies up to 30 days. Thaw overnight in the fridge or leave at room temp before eating.
Q: Do you have gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?
A: Not yet. We bake in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. If you have allergies, please email us before ordering.

A: Depends on your tier — but you’ll always get a mix of cake jars, cookies, and occasional exclusives.
Q: Can I pick my flavors?
A: We rotate flavors monthly, but each box is hand-picked for max crave power. You’ll get surprises, but the good kind.
Q: Can I cancel or pause?
A: Yes! Manage your subscription anytime. No contracts. No guilt.
Q: Is delivery included?
A: Yup — all subscriptions include free local delivery or discounted shipping.

A: Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right — pinky promise.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final — but if we mess up, we’ll fix it.
